DRaaS is a per-virtual machine solution that requires no additional components to be installed. It gives you the ability to choose your own RPO and RTO based on the number of virtual machines and data volumes to replicate to the backup site.

What is DRaaS (Disaster Recovery as a Service)?
"DRaaS allows the Customer to replicate their virtual machines, or Virtual Datacenter from their production site to a backup site at inwi. The Customer's production site can be either at the Customer's premises or at inwi's. The DRaaS Service allows the Customer to switch their production site to the Backup Site in the event of a disaster. "

Your data is hosted in inwi's datacenters located in Morocco.
Does inwi offer an SLA (Service Level Agreement)?
inwi is committed to ensuring a level of service availability of 99.98% per year.
Can I upgrade my offer?
Yes indeed, you can upgrade the capacity of your VDC for DR.
How is this service billed?
It is a monthly subscription. The service activation fee is free though.
What is the minimum commitment period for the DRaaS offer?
The minimum commitment period is 12 months.
Can the DR be done from the Customer Site to the inwi Cloud?
Yes, you have the possibility to make a DR from your own Datacenter to the Cloud of inwi.
Is there any support from inwi in the switchover from the main site to the backup site and vice versa?
Yes indeed, inwi experts assist the Customer in switching to the backup site.
