Unlimited (calls) to inwi numbers allows you to benefit from unlimited calls to all inwi numbers, after using up your monthly call volume
You can check your balance free of charge at any time: - Via the My inwi application - By calling 120 from your inwi line - By dialing *120*30# followed by the call key
Your Telecom Manager can request a change of plan at any time by contacting our Customer Service at 05292929. This change can generate costs when it is a decrease of package and it is effective on the 1st day of the following month
Your invoices are available on the company Selfcare (portal). Only the Telecom Manager can consult and download them
In case of theft or loss, your Telecom Manager should contact our Corporate Customer Service at 05292929 to suspend your mobile line. A new SIM card will then be given to you, allowing you to keep your initial phone number.
The request to terminate one or more lines of your mobile fleet should be initiated by your Telecom Manager. A handwritten request is required to initiate the termination process.
