The completeness of the functionalities of the Service is indicated in the Service Catalog, depending on the offer subscribed by the Customer.

Where is my data hosted?

Your data is hosted in inwi datacenters located in Morocco.

How is this service billed?

It is a monthly or annual subscription per email account. The service activation fee is free though.

Can I combine different packages?

Yes, the customer can subscribe to a combination of the different packages offered.

I already have a domain name, can I keep it and benefit from the messaging solution?

Yes, you can benefit from the solution while keeping your domain name, just ask your ISP to perform the redirection of your DNS or to perform a transfer operation of the domain name.

Who can I entrust with the management of my e-mail accounts?

You must take charge of the administration of your own accounts. For this, inwi business has created for the administrator of the company a self-care accessible in Web mode that allows the creation of e-mail accounts, password reset, modification or deletion of e-mail accounts, creation of mailing lists.)
