What is the VDC (Virtual Datacenter) offer?
Refers to the Cloud Service via the provision of a Virtual Datacenter (VDC) to the Customer through the allocation of a pool of computing resources (vCPU, RAM, SSD Storage, Operating System & security options). The VDC Service allows our Customers to autonomously manage their IT resources and IS environment, and to create their own Virtual Machines from their Management interface at hteir own convenience.
Where is my data hosted?
Your data are hosted in the datacenters of inwi located in Morocco.
Does inwi offer an SLA (Service Level Agreement)?
inwi is committed to ensuring a level of service availability of 99.98% per year.

"With our VDC offer you are sure that your servers are hosted in Morocco. You choose the size of the VDC as well as the duration of commitment as per your needs. No CAPEX is required on your end. Everything is on a subscription-mode basis. We give you the choice between openstack and Vmware cloud technology. You can choose from a multitude of security options (Anti-DDoS, Web Application Firewall, Next-Generation Firewall). You benefit from a Selfcare (self-service?) interface to autonomously manage your IT resources and your IS environment, so you gain freedom without taking the responsibility of dedicated physical servers to maintain in your premises."

It is a monthly subscription. The service activation fee is free though.
