The 4G offer is eligible for a "Money Back Guarantee" eligible for 7 days. During this period, the customer has the right to withdraw or cancel their contract without paying cancellation fees.
The Money Back Guarantee fee amounts to MAD 50 payable at the branch at the time of the operation.
The portability procedure generally takes 48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
The cancellation can be done by calling the Customer Service or by visiting the branch.
Yes, the router is now available to the customer but remains the property of Inwi. Upon termination, the customer returns the equipment to the activation branch in order to recover the Activation Fee paid upon activation.
In the case of non-return of the equipment, the customer will receive a final invoice with the non-return fee which varies depending on the equipment.
If your router does not work during your commitment period, it will be replaced automatically.
If you have used up your mobile and international generosity, you can choose one of the available options, either for a one-time or monthly recurring activation. The generosity granted in this case will be consumed first, allowing you to optimize your consumption.
