Your Telecom Manager can request a change of package at any time by reaching our Customer Service at 05292929. This change may incur costs when it is a decrease in the package and is effective on the 1st day of the following month

Stay in touch with your friends and family in more than 150 countries by asking your Telecom Manager to activate your Roaming Call & Internet service

Your invoices are available on the company Selfcare portal. Only the Telecom Manager can consult and download them

In case of theft or loss, your Telecom Manager should contact our Corporate Customer Service on 05292929 to suspend your mobile line. A new SIM card will then be given to you, keeping your original phone number.

The request to terminate one or more lines of your mobile fleet should be initiated by your Telecom Manager. A handwritten request is required to initiate the termination process. This document should be sent to the corporate customer service. We invite you to contact us at 05292929 for more information
