In case of theft or loss, your Telecom Manager should contact the corporate customer service at 05292929 to suspend your 4G line. A new SIM card / 4G Modem will then be given to you.
The request to terminate one or more lines of your mobile fleet should be initiated by your Telecom Manager. A handwritten request is required to initiate the termination process.
