Your Telecom Manager can request a change of plan at any time by contacting customer service at 05292929. This change may incur costs when it is a decrease in package and is effective on the 1st day of the following month

Yes, you have the possibility to share your monthly package with 5 inwi lines

Your invoices are available on the company Selfcare portal. Only the Telecom Manager can consult and download them

In case of theft or loss, your Telecom Manager should contact the corporate customer service at 05292929 to suspend your 4G line. A new SIM card / 4G Modem will then be given to you.

The request to terminate one or more lines of your mobile fleet should be initiated by your Telecom Manager. A handwritten request is required to initiate the termination process.
