If your phone is stolen or lost, remember to file a report with the nearest police station or gendarmerie, providing the following information: your first and last name, your address, the make of your phone, your inwi subscription number, and the presumed date of the theft. You must immediately suspend your line either through your customer account on Myinwi or by calling your customer service representative to report the loss or theft. They will suspend your line. You can then check your messages from another phone. The PIN code you will be asked for can be obtained from your Customer Care Center. You can replace your SIM card at one of our authorized points of sale and reactivate your line by contacting Customer Care Center.
