Call switching

You will hear a beep when someone tries to call you while you are already on another call.

You can receive or make a call while already on the line by placing your current caller on hold.You can then resume the original call at any time.

How can I benefit from the service Call switching ?

Using the service

This service is enabled by default for all inwi customers.

To disable it, dial #43# and press the call key.

To reactivate it, dial *43# and press the call key.

To check whether the service is enabled, dial *#43# and press the call key.

This service is free for all inwi customers.

How does it work?

If you are on a call and receive a second call, you will be notified immediately by a beep. You can then:

Answer the second call and put the first one on hold by pressing the call key
Switch between callers using the call key.

If you want to make a second call while already on a call:

Press the call key to put the first caller on hold
Dial the number of the second caller and press the call key
Use the call key to switch between callers
