Call forwarding
You can forward incoming calls directly to your voicemail in the following cases:
- Unconditional forwarding: All your incoming calls are automatically forwarded to your voicemail.
- Forward if unreachable: Calls are forwarded to your voicemail when your phone is unavailable.
- Forward on no answer: Calls are forwarded to your voicemail when you do not answer the call.
- Forward if busy: Calls are forwarded to your voicemail when your line is busy.
When your line is activated, your voicemail is ready to automatically receive and record voice messages from your callers.
To activate or isable the different types of call forwarding to your voicemail:
- *Dial *120# followed by the call button
- Access "Mobile Services" - Select "Set up my voicemail"
- Then choose the call forwarding option you want to activate or disable, and confirm.

Voicemail management through the web interface
You can configure certain voicemail settings and access your list of voice messages by clicking on boitevocale.inwi.ma . This allows you to:
- View your list of voicemail messages, listen to any message, and access related information such as the caller’s number, the time of the call, and the message duration.
- Enable or disable Enable or disable email notifications that alert you each time a voicemail is received. You can also choose to receive the voice message as an email attachment.
- Customize your greeting message by uploading an audio file from your computer. You can restore the default greeting at any time.
- Change the passcode used to access your voicemail: You can update the passcode that identifies you when accessing your voicemail from an external line.
