Talib pack
As part of its strategy to further integrate new technologies in support of the continuous improvement of learning quality , the Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation (MESRSI) is launching the Connected Campus initiative. This program involves the deployment of Wi-Fi 6 (very high-speed) networks in every higher education institution, as well as the implementation of a national SD-WAN network (tripling the bandwidth available across the Marwan network).
The program also provides every enrolled student with an inwi SIM card, enabling free and unlimited access to their institution’s digital platforms (intranet, etc.) throughout their university studies through the Talib Pack.
Connected Campus is launched by the MESRSI (https://www.enssup.gov.ma) including the National Telecommunications Regulatory Agency(ANRT https://www.anrt.ma/ANRT …) and is fully funded by the Universal Telecommunications Service Fund.
