How do I activate the roaming service on my line?

• Roaming for calls is automatically activated when you purchase your line, allowing you to be reachable abroad immediately.
• To use the internet abroad, simply contact customer service by calling 220.

How do I buy a roaming pass?

• Easily purchase your Roaming Pass via the "Top-up" (Recharge) section on the inwi.ma website or directly through the My inwi app.
• Access Roaming offers by dialing *7, *77, or *78, then choose the pass that suits your destination.
• Before confirming, check that your destination country is on the list of eligible countries.

How do I pay for a roaming pass?

You have several options for purchasing your Roaming Pass:

• Top-up: If you are a prepaid customer, top up your line with the amount corresponding to the desired pass, then dial the top-up code followed by *7, *77, or *78, depending on the chosen offer.
• Bank card: Pay directly via the My inwi app in the "Roaming" section.
• Banking apps: Use your banking app to easily top up.
• Bill charge: If you have... ...with an inwi subscription, you can activate your Pass by charging the cost to your bill.
