"The inwi Business Datacenter offer consists in providing the Customer, in several certified Datacenters throughout the Kingdom, hosting spaces, connectivity services as well as proximity services. The hosting spaces can be shared (Shared Hosting Service) or private (Private Hosting Service) within the Datacenter, as described in the Service Catalog."

Does inwi offer an SLA (Service Level Agreement)?

Inwi commits to a service availability level of 99.98% per year.

What is the minimum commitment period for the Housing offer?

The minimum commitment period is 24 months.

Are the inwi data centers connected to other telecommunications operators?
